Prenatal and birth care for healthy, low-risk people at Off the Grid Midwifery in Tacoma through12/31/22. Sadly, I will no longer be offering birth care starting in 2023 for the foreseeable future. 

No matter how your baby is born or with whom, I can provide postpartum home visits and lactation support. Feeding support for individuals who are lactating, nursing, breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, feeding with SNS, inducing lactation, bottle-feeding, or otherwise have baby feeding questions or support needs for their growing family.

There are many options for preventing pregnancy. Schedule an appointment to discuss your options, compare your top choices, and find what works best for you and the flow of your life.

Health screenings including sexually transmitted infections, pap smears, breast/chest health surveillance, evaluation of sexual pain, abnormal bleeding, or other sexual health concerns.

Focused on each person's individual needs with a shared goal of gender euphoria. Including primary care, gynecologic/bottom health needs, pre- and post-operative visits, labs and medications, and an informed consent approach to hormone therapies in clinic or personalized homecare visits increasing accessibility of LGBTQIA+ competent care.
